Kia America has officially announced the pricing and details for the 2026 Sorento Hybrid, showcasing a vehicle that blends performance, style, and practicality. The latest Sorento Hybrid is designed to appeal to drivers who want the efficiency of a hybrid without compromising on a bold look or functional features.
A major new addition for the 2026 model year is the all-new X-Line trim. This new option gives the Sorento Hybrid a more aggressive and rugged appearance, featuring glossy black wheels, window surrounds, and other trim pieces. The X-Line also includes black roof rails and a radiator grille surround for a cleaner, bolder aesthetic. The X-Line badge on this trim replaces the standard HEV badge, further distinguishing its unique style.
Beyond its new look, the 2026 Sorento Hybrid also gets a boost in capability. All-wheel drive (AWD) models now come standard with Terrain Mode, a feature that enhances traction and stability for confident driving across various surfaces.
Inside the cabin, drivers will find a newly designed steering wheel that aligns the Sorento with the look and feel of other models in the Kia lineup. Additionally, the interior color palette has been refined, with the Dust Blue option being removed and a sleek, one-tone black leather-trimmed interior added as a new choice.
The 2026 Sorento Hybrid is available in three trims, with pricing as follows (excluding a $1,445 destination fee):
- Sorento HEV EX FWD: $38,890
- Sorento HEV EX AWD: $40,690
- Sorento HEV SX Prestige: $47,190
Other notable changes for the 2026 model year include a new steering wheel with hands-on-detection technology across all trims. The EX HEV trim now comes with a standard second-row bench seat, while an optional EX Premium Package is available to add second-row Captain’s Chairs, a Bose Premium Audio system, and a Panoramic Roof.
With its striking new design, innovative hybrid performance, and a host of new features, the 2026 Sorento Hybrid reinforces Kia’s commitment to making electrified mobility more accessible and exciting than ever before.
